This rough diamond is located in the heart of the  Amsterdam Jordaan district. The "Rijks"Monument consists of a small restaurant and 2 apartments. The restaurant has been empty and untouched for decades, producing an incredible time capsule from the 1980's. Grimaldi Industries supervised the transaction between buyer and seller. The building will be completely restored to its former glory.

THE OLYMPIC 1931

PON, a prestigious Dutch multinational will soon have new headquarters; Former Citroën garage in the south of Amsterdam facing the Olympic stadium. PON will lease 7.500 m² office space for its holding and surprising initiatives like the housing of its Cervelo cycle team, sustainability and experience centre will be also be key concepts. Grimaldi Industries is the real estate advisor for PON and acts for PON during the lease negotiations. Owner BouwInvest is responsible for the redevelopment of the landmark building.

Project developer Borghese Real Estate and Keystone Real Estate bought the landmark Amsterdam office building Vijzelstraat 66-80. CMS and Grimaldi Industries played key roles in realizing this historic transaction. Vijzelstraat 66-80 is designed by renowned architect Marius Frans Duintjer and consists of 35.000 m2 office space, spread over eight floors. Since the transaction, the building has been impressively renovated and it currently is home to many stores and companies. The sellers: Stadgenoot and Vesteda.

Owned Merin perfectly renovated their building at the Hemholtzstraat, delivering a friendly open space, in which sustainability plays a key role. Grimaldi Industries advised both in War Child’s move to the church and the move to the Hemholtzstraat.
